Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms Partners grows and distributes produce from farms near Louisville, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
