Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Union Foods produces packaged foods at its Knoxville plant, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for ingredient orders. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
