Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ember Press and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for proofing. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
