Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Umber Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Kansas City with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for certifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
