Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook River Press is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer orders. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
