Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Houston, TX)

Fernwood Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Houston, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Houston. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for service appointments. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
