Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Houston, TX)

Summit River Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Houston, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for capital projects. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
