Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Pike Medical designs and makes medical devices in Houston, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for clinical evaluations. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
