Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Willow Auto Group is a Grand Rapids company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for vehicle inspections. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
