Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Yarrow Foods Group is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
