Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Sable Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Detroit plant. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for proofing. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
