Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Foods Group and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be corrective actions. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
