Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Des Moines, IA)

Westbrook Pike Medical is a Des Moines company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for device records. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
