Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Des Moines, IA)

Amberfield Foods Partners is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for ingredient orders. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
