Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Inspection Services is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for equipment calibration. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
