Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Sable Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Chicago and nearby communities. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for capital projects. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
