Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Chicago, IL)

Nova Maple Press Group is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 300 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for bindery work. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
