Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Cedar Inspection Services Group is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on corrective actions for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for equipment calibration. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
