Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in Birmingham, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our corrective actions. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for machine downtime. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
