Quality Inspector - corrective actions (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Ember Press produces print and digital publications in Anchorage. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on corrective actions. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for press runs. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
