Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight North Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Wichita, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
