Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Hollow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 499 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
