Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Wichita producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
