Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Willow Property Management is a Wichita property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
