Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Umber Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
