Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Maple Auto Group is a Virginia Beach company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
