Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Amber Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
