Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Nova River Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tulsa caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
