Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Basin Facilities Group is a facilities company in Tulsa with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
