Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
