Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Wren Farms Associates is an agricultural business based around Tulsa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
