Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tulsa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
