Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Vale Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Tulsa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
