Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Tulsa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
