Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Fox Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tulsa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
