Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Ivory Health runs clinics and patient services around Tucson. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
