Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Corner Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
