Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Toledo with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
