Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Timber Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
