Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system.
