Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Toledo, OH)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Toledo. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
