Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Meridian Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
