Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Mill Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Tampa region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 418 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
