Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Pine Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
