Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tampa, FL)

Nova Summit Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
