Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Pike Property Management Group is a Tampa property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
