Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Fox Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
