Summit Linden Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system.
