Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Tampa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
