Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
